Our process integrates principles of HR management, 360 interviews, observation, assessment of skills and talents, and professional experiences in order to develop a customized model for actualizing specific career goals.

Our professional coaching approach is designed for mid-to-senior level executives and entrepreneurs seeking to maximize their performance through 1:1 sessions and personal development assignments. Each client receives a customized coaching plan, and activities designed for their unique and specific performance goals.

Develop a profile outlining the client’s background, professional work experiences, challenges, perceived work styles, communication approach and 360 feedback.

Organize data from the baseline assessment, 360 feedback, personal and workplace challenges — applied to client’s goals and targeted outcomes.

Develop a personalized work plan, activities and exercises designed to meet goals of the identified coaching targets. Instruct clients how to use the tools.

LEADERSHIP

Kol Consulting, led by Nicole M. Hall, has over 20 years of professional experience across multiple Human Resources disciplines. She has consulted and advised staff, management and executives in advertising, public relations, marketing, media and technology industries across all levels.

Nicole combined these experiences with an innate understanding of culture, human behavior and peak performance methodologies to create a dynamic and exciting professional coaching system.
